|
October 18th, a meeting happened about the topic “Improve the performance of your SME by the implementation of a Software Quality approach and the use of Cloud Computing”
This meeting was organized in the buildings of OSL in collaboration with Infopôle and Cequal.
After the welcome speech by Fabienne Henrot (OSL) and the presentation of the actions of Infopôle Cluster Tic by Michel Black, two SMEs of quite different horizon explained in what the installation of total Quality policy was and is always valuable for the evolution and continuity of their company :
- the company "Dogstudio", represented by Mr Mathieu Bazelaire - the company "Lambda-X", represented by Mr Luc Joannes The experience sharing and the flow of the “questions and answers” which followed these talks try to prove that the subject concerns various actors IT and that a real need in the field exists.
After the experience feedbacks of these witnesses, their trainee and coach, Mrs Fabienne Henrot, project manager in the department of the Services in Software Quality at OSL, addressed the participants. | On the basis of missions which she carried out within different SMEs, Fabienne Henrot highlighted that it is possible and important to think and organize quality at the beginning of the project and this, in a concrete and pragmatic way. Through the reappropriation of a ISO model, she played again an abstract concept so that it becomes a concrete help tool for decision, organization and pro-active management of quality within the company.
| | Mr Michel Morandi, Business Development manager of Cequal, continued by explaining how, simply and very economically, SME could implement a system of software quality via a training and a coaching on site. | | The 2nd part of the improvement of the performances was presented by Mrs Laurence Soetens, Thelis.
| Subject in the fashion or real improvement appropriateness, Laurence Soetens and Frederic Peters presented the principle of Cloud Computing and shared their experience and their vision of the use of Cloud within the framework of SMEs. | A debate with the participants also started from this presentation and finished, in all user-friendliness around a drink joining together participants and speakers within an abstract framework allowing to create and maintain the links bringing together actors IT present. |
